Your Role
As a Quality Engineer at iMT, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our EV power products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilites
- Conduct quality inspections, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product quality from design to manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and documentation.
- Lead supplier quality assessments and audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Willing to travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
